The Best Ways to Get Rich Part 2

The Best Ways to Get Rich Part 2

Here’s What You Need to Know.

The American Economy is doing great! Wall Street is rolling up its best numbers ever! Corporate bonuses are at an all-time high! Sales of luxury cars are at a premium.
Frankly there’s never been a better time to be living in America!
WAIT! What do you mean that’s not true? What do you mean you can’t get a job? What do you mean 20% of all eligible workers have fallen off the grid and are no longer being counted as unemployed?
If what you’re saying is true that would mean unemployment is at an all-time high, and that without Obamacare almost all of them will have no insurance at all and that our young people have racked up enormous student loan debt to get a job that has either been outsourced or made obsolete by advancing technology!
That can’t be true! This is America! Land of the free and home of the Whopper. U.S.A! U.S.A.! America, love it or leave it! You’re obviously some liberal bastard determined to destroy this great country with “fake news” and elitist lies.
What do you mean just ask myself What has my government done for me?
When it realized the housing bubble could lead to a recession, did it step in and take action? Did it prosecute those who were directly responsible and sentence them to jail? Did it raise taxes to pay for the TRILLIONS spent on the two wars we raged to find and kill a man who was never in that country in the first place and to invade another country to find weapons of mass destruction that didn’t exist? Did it step in the protect our young people against predatory interest rates on student loans and make it possible to file for bankruptcy once it became obvious they would never be able to pay?
Hmmm. Come to think of it none of my elected officials have done anything that benefits me.
When I lost my job during the great recession did they come in and show me how to make a living when there weren’t any jobs available? No! I nearly lost my house because nobody wanted to hire a 50-year-old guy who needed a living wage to pay my mortgage, car payments and credit cards.
I am one of the 20% who fell off the grid. I am one of the 20% who the government doesn’t count as unemployed. It took five years of struggle to become financially stable again.
What do I do to make a living? I freelance and teach people how to make money online.
So to answer that question…
No, my elected officials have done nothing that benefits me. And what I have learned is that unless you know how to make money without a “day job” what happened to me will likely happen to you.
Here are the best ways to get rich:
Start an online business, make it profitable and then sell it.
This is by far the easiest and least expensive way to get rich. You can create a website that generates millions with a start-up cost of less than $50 dollars.
Buy stock in a start-up.
Apple, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and so many others. Online start-ups make enormous amounts of cash in a relatively short period of time. Hook up with the right one and you could be living on Easy street.
Use your skills to become self-employed.
If you have talent, exploit it to make money. I am literarily astounded to see successful salesmen working for a small commission or experienced tradesmen getting a small portion of what his work is worth by working for a weekly paycheck.
Buy and develop property.
When you buy your first house buy a two-family dwelling. This way you can have the tenant pay the mortgage while you use your money to buy additional properties to fix-up and sell at a profit.
Here are the worst ways to get rich.
Get a day job.
People with day job are taxed at the highest rate, they have no control over their IRAs, can lose their job at any time and make little to no interest with a saving account.
Start a brick and mortar business. Seven out of ten of these businesses fail and with the big boxes closing their stores and selling online you will be entering a dying trade.
Become a professional gambler.
Really bad way to become rich. Not that it can’t be done but there are very, very few, who don’t get caught up in the excitement, and don’t let things like greed, anger, fear or other strong emotions lead them to make bets on hands that have poor odds of winning.
Pretty vague eh? It’s not vague at all for those who know how to make money. I wrote this article to convince you that the economy has changed. And that you need to adapt NOW. Don’t wait until you’re without a job before you learn how to make money without one.
